The staff in the service department were super professional and knowledgeable with regards to suggesting the optimum service options and value! My dealings with the parts department manager Mr. Victor Hamling was also fantastic, Victor is super knowledgeable in responding to my request for upgraded OEM replacement parts. Overall I would rate them a 10 having such a great experience! I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle from Cars Plus, in my opinion if you sell vehicles on Guam you should also invest in having both great parts and service departments which Cars Plus definitely spared no expense on, thanks Joey and to your team of professionals!

We're impressed with James Oh, our amazing car salesman! He made buying a truck comfortable and stress-free. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us every step of the way. James was attentive and available throughout our multiple visits, and even let us test drive several trucks to find the perfect fit. His expertise, patience, and kindness were top-notch. Highly recommend James! 😊👍
