Wow, Carlos was a lifesaver! After three other towing companies didn't even answer the phone, he picked up right away and made scheduling the tow for tomorrow so easy. He was super friendly and clear about everything. And honestly, the service itself was fantastic – prompt, fast, and I felt completely safe. Plus, his truck was surprisingly clean and comfortable, a welcome change from some other experiences! The drive was pleasant with our chat, and to top it off, his price was even better than two other quotes I got. Absolutely recommending Carlos to everyone I know!
