Sam replaced our old wooden porch railings with pvc, new porch columns, and trex steps. He did a great job at a good cost. We would recommend him for any remodel.

Samuel has been a pleasure to work with from replacing and restructuring rotted window trim to interior accent walls. I would highly recommend his service. It's amazing to see the difference from the original builder (sadly only 7 years ago) to when things are done the right way without cutting corners.

Samuel did an AMAZING job! He tore out an old shower and linen closet and gave me my dream shower. Tiled floor to ceiling. Built a fantastic custom linen cabinet and screened in part of my porch so that I could have a Catio for my cats. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a true craftsman.

After contacting several large companies who said they were not interested in doing our relatively small remodel we called Samuel at Carrboro Construction. He responded promptly and gave us a very reasonable proposal on tearing down part of a wall and doing some reconstruction. His work was exemplary; it was just what we wanted! As a result, we contracted Samuel to lay flooring throughout most of our house. Additionally he helped us deal with fixing a major water leak in the bathroom and walk in closet. We respected his work so much that we asked him to install a tiled, walk in shower in our bathroom which is just beautiful! Sam is dedicated, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We highly recommend him.

We recently had Samuel and Carrboro Construction refurbish a leaking tile shower, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The new tiles matched perfectly with the existing ones. The quality of Samuel’s work is top-notch. Samuel was always on time and stuck to the schedule he gave us. No delays at all. Samuel did an great job cleaning up after the work was done. The place was spotless! The pricing was fair and clear from the start. No hidden costs or surprises. Working with Samuel and his company was a great experience. The shower looks and works great now!

Samuel came round to our house to amend our kitchen cabinets that were coming apart at the seems. Professional, courteous, and had no problem with our dogs snooping around. Did what needed to be done and left the area beautifully clean.
