Amazing service, Couldn't fault a single thing! I went to the Hawick store to choose a carpet and get a rough price based on the space I wanted to cover. The gentlemen in the shop were extremely helpful, offering great advice on which carpets would best suit my lifestyle. They also gave me an estimate I was happy with, but arranged for someone to come out and measure the space properly. He arrived within a few days and was incredibly quick and efficient with the measurements. He then returned that same Friday to fit the carpets. When he didn’t have enough time to finish the stairs—because the underlay had been glued directly to the wood and needed to be removed—he insisted on coming back on Saturday morning to complete the job. We hadn’t asked him to work the weekend, so we were especially grateful for his dedication. The carpets look fantastic, and the workmanship is outstanding. Thank you for making the whole process completely stress-free and incredibly efficient. We couldn’t believe how fast everything was! This is our first home, and they’ve helped make it the cosy, welcoming space we’d hoped for. Thank you so much!

Don't waste your money or time! I got my carpets fitted back in April and the guy butchered all my skirtings, splitting some in 2. The carpet installation was poor and very loose, with blatant errors all over. They had to replace the carpet in the hallway as it was cut too short and had cuts that he attempted to glue down and left it looking like it had been burnt. They also had to send someone out to redo the stairs as they messed that up big time as well. This was only just finished last week. 4 months later that's my carpets finally been sorted. They would send someone out to do the stairs with the wrong carpet, or not enough material etc. Place is a shambles. Management is incompetent and their fitters are cowboys. Cheap for a reason. Back when I booked it, money was my main concern, but looking back I wish I just parted with more money at a better company as this has been such a bad experience. CarpetWays Hawick - poor show!

Had a. Brilliant experience of both choosing and the fitting of my flooring, fitted within the timescale that was discussed when ordering, fitters were friendly and professional giving the floor an excellent look.

Absolutely excellent customer service from Mike, Hawick is not his usual shop, he normally works Kendal. He couldn't have done enough for us. Five star all the way.

Local trade in Hawick is always reliable. Carpet ways goes beyond and above with their service. Whatever whenever you need any kind of flooring, Graham does his absolute best to insure this happens. Can't fault anything with this company. Outstanding, polite, efficient and most of all, a job well done. 🤗

Actually can not thank Graham enough. Had a quote for carpets for my new house and it was a bit out my price range as a single parent. Just got a call. He's worked his magic and managed to get the carpets and lino into my price range. Has made my year and my daughter will be over the moon. Thank you again Graham.
