Carpetways Hawick,such really nice guys and so helpful. Helped me make a great choice as I wanted a green carpet. Results amazing. Well done guys. I know where I'll be coming back to, to get my carpets. Keep up the good work 👏

Amazing service, Couldn't fault a single thing!
I went to the Hawick store to choose a carpet and get a rough price based on the space I wanted to cover. The gentlemen in the shop were extremely helpful, offering great advice on which carpets would best suit my lifestyle. They also gave me an estimate I was happy with, but arranged for someone to come out and measure the space properly.
He arrived within a few days and was incredibly quick and efficient with the measurements. He then returned that same Friday to fit the carpets. When he didn’t have enough time to finish the stairs—because the underlay had been glued directly to the wood and needed to be removed—he insisted on coming back on Saturday morning to complete the job. We hadn’t asked him to work the weekend, so we were especially grateful for his dedication.
The carpets look fantastic, and the workmanship is outstanding. Thank you for making the whole process completely stress-free and incredibly efficient. We couldn’t believe how fast everything was! This is our first home, and they’ve helped make it the cosy, welcoming space we’d hoped for.
