Highly recommend this place. I've used this company for the best part of 20 years and never been disappointed. Fitters are fast, professional and reasonable and if any issues it's quickly rectified. I'm one happy customer yet again! 😄

Shop was brilliant had Nadal give me a quote and done lower than another shop quoted so cheapest in the area was very understanding when I had to reschedule a month later due to asbestos in the house another boy can’t remember his name think it was Steven he was brilliant as well helped me sort out new dates and when I phoned back to change by another day again he was very understanding all and all very happy with the service this shop provided and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality carpet and linoleum house looks beautiful now

Staff have been really friendly and knowledgable every time I have been in or called. I’m flooring my new house a little bit at a time and the staff have been really accommodating and the prices are excellent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now, have a great range too and it’s the only place I haven’t had to walk around for ages, always been able to pick within minutes which is absolutely not like me. Great wee shop.

I visited the shop with my elderly in-laws, who where looking to replace they're aging carpets, they where sceptical regarding getting a decent carpet and deal. The shop seems to be within a shop, with furniture and beds too. We where greeted by a friendly, enthusiastic guy, called Daren, who I recall was a Regional Managef, visiting the store, he was very Knowledgeable, respectful to my in-laws, had manners, and educated us on twist and saxony benefits, with twist being chosen for high wear areas, we purchased of him, and he also gave us a 20% pensioners discount, which sealed it for my Mother in law, epecially after the heating allowance fiasco!!! I wad not there at the time but I was told another friendly guy measured for them, a few days later, Nandal he was called, and fitting which I have seen was very professional, they are over the moon, so am I and my wife, for looking after her elderly parents and giving them an honest deal, and shown respect. These two are a credit to the company, and I would not hesitate in recommending the shop to friends and family.

I came here for my new house and it was so cheap and good quality…. Staff are really helpful and kind so that’s an extra bonus…. It’s very easy to see all the carpets and flooring so I can pick the right one. I would definitely recommend to come to carpetways it’s the best carpet shop ever!

Outstanding service from Carpetways Falkirk. Choice and value unparalleled. Delivered and fitted within a week. Fitting of carpets was perfect flawless and quick while their recommended joiner to lay laminate also did a great job. Delighted with every aspect of the purchases. Can`t praise them highly enough.

Carpetways Falkirk have been absolutely amazing from start to finish when flooring my entire house. They have provided excellent customer service and very friendly to approach with any queries had. The staff were very helpful and polite but a handful of blunders made me very uncertain whether or not I would buy from here again. Price wise they were fantastic - coming in almost £100 cheaper than their competitors but a mismeasurement error on the first attempt at fitting, weather causing delays and false time frames (previously agreed a 2 hour window) really lets the team down. The people fitting the carpets were really nice too just a shame that they didn’t have the right stuff the first time.
