Outstanding work! I have an 11 year old carpet in basement that has never been cleaned and was all buckled. After pic here shows George's work before I cleaned it. He just left, Perfection!

George was great. Came to give a quote -- it was very fair and right in line with what I was expecting. Given this, he started working immediately. As we did the estimate I specifically said that I didn't expect him to have great success on some small issues we had around a platform bed (because we were not going to move it). Despite this, he did a terrific job of minimizing those issues. So basically, I let him off the hook in advance of starting, telling him my expectations weren't high for a few things (given the restrictions of the platform bed weight) yet he still took them on and fixed them. George worked hard, and I respect that. The result was far better than hoped for. Lastly, great communication skills. Explained everything well in advance. 5 of 5 well deserved!
