Everything about my experience with Carpet Depot is 5 Stars! The atmosphere in the store was very friendly and respectful. I wanted indoor/outdoor carpeting for a large balcony and Johnny showed me my choices. He had exactly what I wanted and he gave me the price plus installation. The price seemed reasonable and I asked when it could be installed; he said tomorrow! Here is where I decided to write a review. The installation crew was a big surprise and a nice one. There were 3 people - a husband, his wife and their son. All 3 took part in the installation and their work was flawless. Their cleanup was above and beyond. I am very happy with my newly carpeted balcony and give high praise for every aspect of my experience with Carpet Depot. I wish I needed more flooring.

My wife and I visited Carpet Depot to find new carpet for our family room, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The owner was on-site and incredibly knowledgeable, helping us make the right choice without any pressure. The entire team was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The selection was great, and the prices were very competitive. This is the second time we have used Carpet Depot for my mothers house, as I live a few hours away. They are trustworthy and honest. Their prices are so much better than a big box store, and their installers actually work in the store. Not hired out to the lowest bidder. Pay them a visit. Its well worth it. Its such a pleasure to buy local and support small businesses.

We just needed a small amount of outdoor carpeting, but received excellent service at Carpet Depot, with fast ordering and installation. The installation team was terrific. I would definitely shop there again.

Johnny and his whole team did a wonderful job on our home. We had two rooms and some closets that needed new carpet and they gave us great service! After they came over to measure the area I went into the store to pick out the carpet and they were not pushy at all and really respected the budget I needed to stick to. Even when there was a mixup about scheduling the appointment, they quickly took care of the issue and got back to me immediately. Great communication all around and would definitely go with Carpet depot for any flooring job! :)

Johnny, Andy and Jackson at Carpet Depot were all wonderful to work with. I was on a time crunch with 3 days to get measured, pick out carpet and have it installed. Oh and deal with our HOA. They made it happen! Thank you so much!

I placed a small order of carpet for a school lobby, which needed to be received and installed prior to the time that school started. Unfortunately, the mill postponed shipping the order. Both Andrew and Johnny worked hard with their mill representative to get the carpet to me much sooner than the mill had originally advised. I appreciated their effort to do a good job!

A great find! I needed to replace carpets in 2 of my bedrooms and after looking at home improvement stores and other carpet stores, I just was not happy with the selection and the amount I was going to pay for seeming average quality carpet. I worked with Dan and Ron at Carpet Depot and they were great from start to end. Dan spent a ton of time with me looking at all their options, proving his recommendations, gave me a ton of samples and helped me pick the best carpets at a great price. The installer they recommended, was able to be at my house in 2 days and was wonderful. I'm so happy with my new carpet and working with the team at carpet depot. Thanks guys!

Not sure why others had a bad experience but this is our second time purchasing from carpet depot and both times have been great. Our house flooded and carpets were destroyed. We called to see if they had anything in stock that could be installed quickly verses the 4-6 week timings we were getting from Home Depot, Lowe’s, and other local companies. We had a few “express” companies come out and give estimates that we’re 2-3x the price of carpet depot, pushy salespeople, AND offering worse quality. Within a week we picked an in stock carpet, had someone come out and measure, and get the new carpets installed. Adam was very professional and friendly and the installers even came back to fix a seam that was showing. Overall, I would highly recommend carpet depot to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a personable, professional, and faster service.
