I don't know where to start! Mr. Zack did an awesome job, and words can't describe how happy and pleased we are with the job he did on our dirty old carpet. We are grateful and very thankful for his services. Mr. Zack was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, down to earth, and helpful. The prices are very reasonable. The scheduling process was quick and easy, and he came as promised. I added before and after pictures so his work can be shown off. Trust me, I didn't think he would be able to get our carpet cleaned, but I was completely wrong, and he knows what he's doing. Don't underestimate his cleaning skills. Carpet Chemistry is the correct name for the business. He has his cleaning chemistry down to the T. Attention Pet Parents: Carpet Chemistry is AH-MAZINGGG!! We were considering replacing our flooring after all 3 dogs passed around a stomach virus last year 😑 It was so embarrassing…that’s why there is no “before” photo 🥸 Over the past few years (3 puppies potty training), we rented carpet cleaning machines, and had multiple companies try their luck. NONE of them removed ALL the stains. I contacted Zach at Carpet Chemistry after seeing an ad on Facebook for a company specializing in pet stains. This man works miracles, y’all! I will recommend Carpet Chemistry to anyone who needs in house cleaning services. He came on time, was very professional, and cleaned my entire apartment within about an hour. Educated me and my girlfriend about the steps we needed to take to ensure the carpet dried like it was supposed, and also how soon we would be able to move everything back into its original place. The outcome was fantastic!!

There is a good reason Zack has all 5 star ratings! Some companies do quality work. Some have great customer service, and others are reasonably priced. Zack at Carpet Chemistry does all three! My wife and I have an Airbnb in Bay St. Louis. Its very important to have companies that we can trust to help us keep the house in top condition for our guests. It can be challenging working around guest reservations. We needed 2 rugs cleaned after a guest stay. Zack went to the house to look at the rugs, let us know exactly what he could do to get them looking great. He gave us a price and took the rugs back to his shop to clean. He let us know when the work was done and made sure to schedule with us around the upcoming guests so he could deliver them and put them back in place. Its rare to find people who take pride in their work the way Zack does. We will be using Carpet Chemistry for all carpet and upholstry cleaning from now on. Thanks Zack!

Carpet Chemistry and Zack are awesome! My carpets look brand new, and they got out stains I thought were permanent. Zack was super friendly and quick, and the whole place smells amazing now. The carpet really does look like it was just put in. Definitely recommended
