I came across Caroline Tire on Facebook while looking for a shop to handle a tire change and alignment on my Mercedes. After checking their reviews and seeing they’re a local, family-owned business with great ratings, I decided to give them a call. Johny answered right away, was super helpful, answered all my questions, and assured me they could get me in on short notice. I arrived about an hour later, and everything went smoothly. Johny explained the process for mounting and balancing the tire, and it was done quickly and professionally. Gabriel handled the alignment, and I could tell he really knew what he was doing. They got me in right away, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even provided a detailed printout of other maintenance the car may need — which they took the time to explain thoroughly. Pricing was very fair, and they even offer a warranty on alignments, which shows they truly stand behind their work. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Caroline Tire to anyone looking for honest, reliable auto service.

I have been having some weird issues with my tires. I didn't know many places in West Palm area was recommended to come here and they did not disappoint. Even while they was helping other guest they came to see my problem and was done in under 30min. I will continue to come here for tires while in the West Palm area..

I can not believe they are not already 5 star. They gave me a new tire and fixed my front bumper and was only Charged 66 bucks. They are so friendly , quick but in a careful way! And they do a lot more auto repair services. I will be there frequent customer with auto needs and I’m not even 2 miles away from them. They are a blessing with all the auto Mechanic crooks and scammers that are out there.

I called about my two front tires and they definitely have the best prices in the area. It took me about 15 minutes to get there and they started working on my car right away while my dog waiting in the car. There were about three guys that helped me and they all were very helpful and very nice. They even told me that if I was happy with both of the tires that they showed me then I would only get charged for one and I could take one used tire for free , but fortunately while I was waiting someone came in to drop off more tires. So I got what I needed and that made the process much easier. I was out of the shop in about 45 min getting two tires changed. After they finished the guy at the counter even took a look at my mass airflow sensor to help me figure out what was wrong with it. Then I asked him about engine mounting to see what he was going to say and he was very knowledgeable in explaining the process exactly how I read about it online. The price that he quoted me for that service was also honest and on point to what it should be. So if you’re a single woman at least u can be sure that they won’t take advantage of u. I’ve been to a few tire and mechanic shops in the area all the way down to Lake worth. These guys all seemed pretty Reliable and honest to me compared to some of the other places that I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be back.

Got a flat tire, and the dealership said they would only sell me a new tire even though it could have been easily and safely patched. Luckily, this palace was close, and we were in and out super fast, and you could not beat the price. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you need a local mechanic, please go check them out.

Best quality and price for used tires! I called and they had my exact size for a reasonable price. When i saw the tires I had to ask if they were new from how good they looked. Super happy with my 4 new tires. They look and drive great and I saved hundred of dollars. Will never go anywhere else for used tires
