Ben is super responsive and professional. I had an outdoor shower leak and he came over and fixed it the next day. His price could not be more fair. I am more than satisfied and will use Carolina Shores Plumbing for all my plumbing jobs.

Based on reviews, I selected Ben to contact about fixing a few plumbing issues. He promptly came to look at them, gave me a quote, and promised to return as soon as an ordered part arrived. True to his word, he returned—and the results were outstanding! The biggest issue was the shower head in my renovated/tiled shower. The tile pro who did the reno and had installed the shower head was really tall and had located the plumbing for the head to come out at 90-some inches high from the shower floor. I am short; I could not reach the levers to adjust the spray and it was aimed so that I had to stand against the back wall to get the shower. For months, instead of enjoying the renovated shower, I was frustrated every time I used it. Ben knew just what to do! I will be forever grateful to Ben for resolving that issue. He fixed the other things, too. He was warm, courteous, professional, and efficient. I promptly put him in my contacts as my plumber.

Benjamin is an exceptional plumber! The quality of his work is also exceptional. Very thorough in his work. Benjamin is a knowledgeable plumber and offered me alternatives for different plumbing jobs. Over two full days of plumbing work, I observered excellent work ethic by Benjamin. He nicely cleaned up all the work areas after different plumbing jobs were completed. This was our first time with Benjamin, but he is now our long-term local plumber!

Carolina Shores Plumbing is the best! Local, friendly, caring and responsive, Benjamin has helped us with our CB condo kitchen and 2 bath reno plumbing needs over the past year. It has been such a positive experience dealing with a trade professional who actually responds to texts and communicates changes, never leaving us hanging or feeling taken advantage of. We’re (almost) sad our reno is done and we won’t see him again anytime soon!
