Carolina Professional Roofing, Inc. just replaced my roof, fixed my raccoon and squirrel eaten soffits, and repaired my front porch. They were quick and efficient. The jobs look amazing. Out of 4 quotes, theirs was the best deal. I would highly recommend them.

This is my second roof replacement with Carolina Professional Roofing. They provided several updates on my schedule and list of documents. The team of installers was very professional and completed the job as stated.

I had a wonderful experience working with Carolina Professional Roofing. While working on my neighbor's roof, Carlos Rodriguez and his team noticed visible hail damage on my roof. My neighbor contacted me and my experience with Carlos began. He and his team worked directly with my insurance provider. Initially, my insurance provider only wanted to fund 75% of the replacement cost. Carlos continued to follow-up and through persistence, my insurance provider funded 100% of the replacement cost less my deductible. The quality of the work and clean-up was outstanding.

I chose Carolina Roofing because of their patience. This was a new process and Carlos was patient and kind. Unlike other roofers, he did not push. If you are at all uncertain about any step, use Carolina Roofing. They work with heart.

The experience from the beginning to end was AMAZING. I was originally denied a completely new roof 2 times from my Insurance company. Carlos was persistent and stayed on my insurance company for weeks until he was able to convinced them to believe in his data and knowledge. I was allowed a complete roof job by no assistance from me. Once the job started. The team came out and completed the job almost in one day. They were still working past sundown. The next morning the team came out to finish the touchups and were cleaned up and gone in less than two hours. Persistent and patience won in the end. Very good work.

We had a small leak this summer 2025 and Carolina Professional Roofing spent a lot of time tracking it down and came back and repaired it. The entire staff was personable and they did a great job! We would highly recommend them and when we need a new roof, they are the ones we will call.

Our house suffered a puncture wound during a heavy storm which needed to be fixed rapidly. Carolina Professional Roofing stepped up quickly to assess not only the puncture damage but several other small issues needing to be addressed. They did the repairs just a day or so later and did them well. Dealing with everyone on the team was very pleasant as they were friendly, professional and good communicators about what needed done and how they would do it. I would call them instantly if another problem ever arose.

CPR has done several jobs at my house, always super-professional, kind, and fairly priced. Excellent communication is a huge plus! Definitely recommend!

We had an excellent experience working with Carolina Professional Roofing. Our roof had wind damage that had sat for a while after another roofing company ghosted me, and Carlos was so communicative through the whole process from the minute we started working with him. He guided us through the insurance claim process and handled the majority of the communication with our insurance. In the end he got insurance to agree that the damage was indeed covered in our policy, after going back and forth with them and sending more pictures and info multiple times. The actual roof replacement was super fast and efficient, and they left the yard spotless. Highly recommend this company and Carlos especially!
