I have partnered with and used their services for over a decade now. Brian has always been a standup guy who’s easygoing and honest. Prices are fair and the quality of work is easily the best in the area. Would recommend them any day.

After a lightning hit, my laptop would not turn on. Gabriel was working on it within 15 minutes of us dropping it off and unfortunately confirmed it could not be fixed. He was great to work with and we highly recommend Carolina IT!

They did a fantastic job fixing my laptop over at Carolina IT!! My laptop started to loose some key function and MSI laptops are an absolute hassle to find parts for but they we’re able to get me a new keyboard at a great price, and after the part came in, they fixed it the same day. Very kind customer service, highly recommend should you run into any computer trouble.

I had a pop up ad problem with my Android phone. The young man at the counter fixed my phone quickly and it's working fine now. There was no charge for his service which was most kind. I thoroughly endorse this company, great service.

As a realtor my computer is a key component of my business. When my old computer was starting to slow down I shared those issues with Brian at Carolina IT and he told me what computer would work best for my needs. Gabe was also incredibly helpful when he transferred all my data in a timely manner. Thanks again Carolina IT !

Gabriel is very nice guy. I came a while back to bring in my pc for some issues and troubleshoot as soon as possible and found the issue in the span of 1-3 days. He barely charged me. He is very professional and he knows what he is talking about. If I could give this place more stars I would. 100% recommend!

I had an issue with my MAC recovering 5 years of saved e-mails and also some bugs with G-mail - Safari - and MAC mail all syncing properly across my devices. Bottom line Dave D. at Carolina I.T. solved all my issues in a 30 min walk in consultation for a very fair price. I will be using them for any future issue and I would HIGHLY recommend them. Carolina IT provides consistent excellent customer service and quality work! My business HP notebook just stopped working, so Carolina IT was the "Go-To" solution for me. I took the notebook in, and Michelle could not have been more professional and helpful in getting my request processed. Leonard worked on the notebook and saved the day - I was back in business the very next day. This was not my first time using Carolina IT, and each time, the service has been consistently excellent. We are so fortunate to have this quality business on Hilton Head Island. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a great experience again with Carolina IT. After our computer froze due to a suspected virus, I reached out on a Saturday when the office was closed. Gabriele got back to me within minutes, trying to remedy the situation over the phone but was unsuccessful. I brought the computer to their business and, over the course of the day, he and David were able to fix the problem and restore all the systems and apps. Their price for all of this was very reasonable and they were very courteous and informative. I would highly recommend them for any of your computer needs and problems.

Carried my laptop to be repaired for a screen replacement and they were so quick. My attendants James and Benjamin kept me up to date with each step and they were simply amazing. The ran some additional diagnostic on it as well and my laptop is running smoothly with no issues. Certainly recommend them for the repairs that they have. Their rates are even better and their ease of convenience make it easier to communicate and to pay fees. I love the fact that I could pay online and the process was seamless. #KudosGents
