Carolina Climate Control is pleased to recognize Joe Alvarez as our August 2022 Employee of the Month! Joe joined our team in March of 2018 as an install helper. He made his way through the ranks and, over the years, moved to our Service department, where he serves as one of our top technicians at CCC! Joe is known around the office for being a hard worker, his outstanding customer service skills, and his willingness to always step up to help his coworkers.
