I’m not thrilled with the attention to detail and cleanliness of my repair. The hose was not returned to where it belonged. Additionally, the technician did not fully secure the wooden privacy boards around AC (left them unscrewed and others on the ground) and the drainage pipe was left unconnected. I’m Very displeased with this service.

Had a tech named Joe A. here today for biannual maintenance for my heat pump. What an absolute pro!! He was meticulous and communicated the condition of my unit clearly. Very friendly guy who did a fantastic job. This is the kind of service you hope to get everywhere and rarely receive.
