Life changing! Sully was a naughty boy who never listened. I love him to death, but he made my life pretty stressful and his behavior was a bit embarassing. After 3.5 weeks with Patrick and Rebekah, he is the BEST BOY. He walks in perfect heel, comes when called at the park, ignores other dogs and distractions, relaxes in his place on command, and generally shows complete respect for me. When guests come over, he doesn't jump on them anymore. And, with a solid tool belt of commands, I can get him to do anything! Even the neighbors compliment him now. The bonus is that Patrick and Rebekah truly care and treat both you and your dog beautifully. When Patrick is in Charleston, he lets me know so we can have follow up sessions. Training for life! My GSD, Phoebe, was trained by Carolina Canines, and she and I both benefitted from her being trained. I now enjoy walking her and teaching her. It is great to have a dog that LISTENS, and behaves!!! I am so glad she went through the training.

Patrick and Rebecca took Appa here in for the 3 week training course and we couldn't believe how much it helped. He struggled with reactiveness, fear and even aggression towards strangers and other dogs. We didn't know how to handle him, but after the training we all learned the core commands and confidence to take him out into the world again. Patrick and Rebekah are fantastic, I recommend them to every single person who asks who we used as a trainer. Trust and transparency are at the core of what they do. So much so that they will create and upload a private YouTube Playlist for you to watch as they board and train your dog. In 2024 we sent our 1 year old American Akita, Ajax, to the 3 week board and train with Carolina Canine Consulting. We have been around dogs all our lives and owned a chow, a pit bull and an australian shepherd, but we knew an American Akita would be a challenge. Patrick and Rebekah didnt just train Ajax, after those three weeks they spent several weeks working with us in different social settings to drive home the training foundation they had put in place. Their professionalism, expertise and knowledge allowed us to gain confidence in handling such a notoriously independent and headstrong dog. Ajax is now almost 3 years old, and weighing close to 110 pounds. His recall is impeccable, he goes on walks with no issues, and we have full confidence in being able to handle him due to the trust and training built by Patrick and Rebekah. The best part, Patrick and Rebekah dont just train your dog and leave you to figure out the rest. Over the last year and half I have reached out to them and they provided advice and additional coaching for how to handle diverse and unique situations. I sent my American Akita to Carolina Canine Consultant for their 3-week training program, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Before training, my dog was super strong-willed and a handful on walks (typical Akita attitude). The trainers really knew how to work with his personality and were incredibly patient and professional. They kept me updated with photos and videos throughout the program, which made me feel comfortable and confident about how things were going. When they dropped him off at our home, I was amazed — he walks calmly on leash now, listens to commands, and is so much more focused and responsive. What I really appreciate is how personal they made the whole experience. They took time to understand my dog’s temperament and made sure I knew how to keep things consistent at home. Patrick and his team did an awesome job with our 2 - 4-month-old Golden Retriever pups. After 3 weeks at their facility, both pups were very responsive to their names, commands, and showed an eagerness to continue to learn more commands. Their process includes training the owners to continue effective training at home. They come to your home after the initial training and give more instruction to the dogs and owners. They are very responsive with follow up and continuous training technics long after the initial 3 weeks. I highly recommend Carolina Canine Consulting for your K-9 family members!

Words dont describe how amazing the process was for us and our 2 puppies. Before taking them in we couldn't walk them, we couldn't take them in a car, and they would just run forever and not listen. After me or my wife can take both dogs by ourselves on walks or in the cars They dont pull us around Training isnt just for the dogs it was for use as well and as long as you continue to work with your dog u will see the fruits of it. I will recommend Patrick to anyone who ask plus I felt save sending my dogs away for 3 weeks and new that they would be in good hands

We had our 2 year old golden retriever go to the board and train with Carolina canine and have had the best results ever! We recommend them to everyone we know! Rocky can now go out in public with us with no hesitations. Going out in public with him is so much fun now where before it was a stress. Not only is he great in public his manners when people come to the door are impeccable. He used to jump up on everyone. We are so glad we found Carolina canine consulting!!

Patrick and Rebecca are amazing. Between the two of them they have decades of experience and no fear. We have a Bernese mountain dog that's a big hand full, with a history. We did a few meet ups to get him used to Patrick because our dog is very apprehensive and afraid of strangers. Once he was comfortable we signed him up for the board and train for 3 weeks. We now feel so much more empowered on how to handle our big giant. He's much more comfortable out in public, still not a fan of new people, but we now have the guidance on how to work with him to slowly introduce people.
