We worked with Carolina 8 years ago to buy our first house in Florida and didn't hesitate to call her again this year to sell it. Carolina went above and beyond selling our property in Weston. Available every time we needed her and very knowledgeable and professional. In December 2020 Carolina Arceo was referred to us through a good friend who had experienced excellent realtor services from her. After obtaining outstanding reviews about her and her services, I reached out to Carolina to help us rent our condo that had became available in the area of Doral. From our first impression we noticed she was very professional and resourceful. She took the time to clearly explain the process of how to get our property on the market and what documentation was needed to get the process rolling. She even took the time to help us find contractors to make-ready the property. She followed up in every part of the process thus making the process seamless. While the property was getting ready she was scouting for renters. She successfully rented our property within only a few days on the market. Above and beyond, Carolina covered every aspect of the lease agreement explaining to us and the renter every section of the contract, the home association requirements, deposit, insurance, etc. which we found very helpful and kind on her part. Carolina has been our official realtor and property manager for more that eight months and I have to say, we are very, very pleased with her services and performance. We live overseas and no one does it better than Carolina! She is resourceful, on top of our property, all repairs, contractor and she follows up with dynamism. Being overseas and having Carolina running our property definitely makes a big difference. One of many examples of her property management expertise is when she reached out to us regarding a serious plumbing issue that occurred during a weekend. By the time she contacted us she already had reached out to contractors to quickly respond and quickly resolve the plumbing emergency. The following Monday after getting the preliminary emergency plumbing assessment from the plumbing company that responded to the emergency, without asking she reached out to a second plumbing company for a second assessment, thanks to her proactive approach, the second plumbing assessment determined that the pipeline that caused the water to overflow was cleared and in good condition and did not required further digging nor work as recommended by the first plumbing company. This act of getting a second opinion from a second company saved us time, inconvenience to the tenant and money, and for that we are very thankful.
