Highly recommend Carol Menz in Cape May, NJ. We feel so lucky that we found Carol to help with our home purchase in the Villas! We visited the area on a whim for the first time for a long holiday weekend and fell in love. Carol was able to meet us while we were there to look around at what was available. She kept us updated on properties that fit what we were looking for. She was flexible with my crazy work schedule to meet us for showings. She was so quick when we were ready to put in an offer. She gave very grounded advice when our initial offers fell through. She guided us through every step of the buying process. Even the folks she referred us to for various things (inspections, loan advisors, etc) were wonderfully professional and helpful. She really is the best of the best. Whether you are buying for a primary residence or looking for a rental property, she gave us wonderful advice and things to think about every step of the way. She even made a recommendation during one of our walk throughs to have the builder add in an outdoor shower- we never would have thought of this! Even after we have closed- Carol continues to help us navigate the outstanding items on our build. Truly don’t know how we would do this without her. Responsive, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and also a really cool person that was so easy to work with and talk to- would highly recommend.
