I had an excellent experience with Carlos Automotive! Great communication, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service. The work was completed on time and they were very respectful throughout the entire process. Carlos took the time to clearly explain the issues and answer all my questions. I had been struggling to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic and I’m so glad I finally found that here. They did a motor transfer on my Mercedes and everything turned out perfectly. Highly recommend!

I've taken my 2017 Jeep Cherokee to Carlos multiple times for everything from radiator replacement to putting on a new hood and fixing my grill after an accident. He's always very timely and communicates what needs done on the car and is always very honest about what can and can't be done. I always appreciate how quickly my car is always ready and I can always count on them to take great care of my vehicle. I will always highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service! Carlos is great! He helped me out last minute by removing my skid plate that was falling off (it had a fight with the train tracks) and did it for only $20! Love him!

I initially called Carlos to discuss details of my vehicle repair, and he immediately gave me high confidence that he was the right auto repair professional for the job. He certainly did not disappoint and performed a top notch job on a full engine replacement and various other repairs at a very reasonable price. Carlos and his team did an excellent job. We were far from home and needed some unexpected car repairs and despite being busy he fit us in and got it done in two hours. Can't recommend this business enough!

Car broke down on I-5, happened to be near Carlos and he was available. He was able to determine that the head gasket blew (as I had suspected). Planned to get it done in a few days, but he he discovered that the camshaft had sized up and, unfortunately the engine needed replacing. Carlos was able to get it done without much trouble and for a reasonable price. Would definitely use this shop again!

I have used Carlos automotive repair a few times and wouldn’t use another mechanic again. He replaced a motor for me on my truck, did electrical work on my jeep and has done a few other maintenance jobs on my cars. Always a great price and never had a problem with the work being done right. His prices are also extremely reasonable. If your looking for a mechanic Carlos is your guy.

Professional, prompt response, timely completion of work as promised, reasonable cost, appreciated that he had tow truck service available. I first used Carlos' mechanic services to replace brakes and replace front rotors and the most recent work the starter and cables were replaced. Very pleased both times.
