Had the pleasure of meeting Sean while he was at work remodeling a kitchen in my neighborhood. Since I needed a few things done at our home I asked if he would come and give us an estimate. As soon as he was done with his job down the street he came right over. Took a look and was able to give us a estimate that suited our budget. He came back to get the job done when he said he would. One of the best contractors I’ve ever used to maintain my house and vehicle. I have used Sean for the past five years without any problems whatsoever. I would recommend him for any small or big jobs that are needed to be done. He’s made my house wheelchair accessible for both me and my wife.

Never returned my text the first time I contacted him. I needed touch ups done and it was light work from a remodel that was left to complete. I gave Sean another chance when I was calling around local services. He came out on Friday February 7th said he would send the estimate that following Monday. I called him back today March 7th after a month to see why he had not sent an estimate. I called him out because he obviously could not do the work but advised me he could when I explained it over the phone before coming out. He said he did not want to mess with the work because 3 other people had already done work here. I am re doing a whole house and it’s not brand new so that is a given other people have worked here. I constantly fix up properties and it is a joke and extremely unprofessional that people advertise and waste a professionals time dragging out estimates and cherry picking jobs. LOL
