Carbon Clean Co - DPF Cleaning - Mobile Fast Service - Engine Carbon Cleaning - Exhaust Clean

Started to have DPF problems with my 13yr old Merc 220cdi . Engine management light on. Failed my MOT on this . Son in Law put a scanner on it and came up with the fault codes. After much research on DPF cleaners on web I found Carbon Clean based in Loughborough. Like the look and sound of them but they re about an hours drive away. Phoned Oskar, having read several positive reviews about him. Gave him the fault codes. Diagnosed problem straight away, DPF sensor failed. Called me back within half hour with cleaning cost plus required sensor. Came to me a week last Sunday with the correct part. He encouraged me to watch while he worked on it. Took him couple of hours end to end. Liked the way he worked meticulously stage by stage thru accessing DPF to replacing sensor to cleaning process and putting it all back together and finally taking time to test it a couple of times. Cannot recommend this man and his work highly enough. EML light off and has stayed off. MOT passed. Car running really well. Great job and thanks again Oskar

I am writing this review from my experience with carbon clean co. I just want to say a huge thankyou to Oscar of carbon clean co for coming out to my audi and diagnosing my failed dpf and egr problem.This man went above and beyond for me and was of great help.if you ever need a top professional job doing with your problematic diesel dpf or diesel system I can not recommend him enough absolute top guy will definitely use him again if needed cant thank him enough for his work and all the extra help he gave me with my problem thankyou so much Oscar.

The wife's 2021 1.5 tdci Ford Kuga went into limp mode, and indicated the DPF was blocked. I contacted and booked an appointment for Oskar to come and have a look. Straight away I received a text message to do a couple of easy visual checks to ensure the DPF could be cleaned. Following this he arrived at ours - after phoning to say he could arrive earlier - and carried out a smoke test as per his routine. It actually turned out that the car had a split boost pipe, which was preventing the car from doing it's own regen. Oskar advised that there was no need for him to carry out the clean, as once the pipe was replaced, the car would do it on it's own. Cannot recommend Carbon Clean Co enough. Extremely honest and trust worthy, and won't ever steer you wrong!!

I cannot recommend this company enough. Contacted them online on Easter Sunday early evening and got a response straight away. As it happens they were in my area im the following day. There quote was literally hundreds of pounds cheaper than other companies. The following morning Oscar arrived at my house and refilled my DPF fluid and cleaned my DPF out. His knowledge and professional attitude is outstanding. He had no issues with educating me on the aspects of my DPF and my engine and even discovered a fault which I didn't know I had and advised me how to fix it myself which I ended up doing replacing a part which I got for £12 of eBay. Professional from start and finish and a really lovely guy. I don't often do reviews but this company really deserves one. I also think his prices are really fair because having researched the costs of DPF fluid and the equipment needed it's not cheap by any means. Highly recommended.

Oscar came out on Sunday and filled the eloys fluid in my citroen and reset the dashboard warning. Great service and a great price 👍 👏 would recommend 5 star service

Hi, I just wanna say a big thank the carbon clean who came out today. I Got a phone call asking if it was ok to arrive a little bit earlier, which was better for me. He didn't just clean my pdf he also put a smoke machine in and found out that my air intake pipe had a split in it. Plugged his diagnostic machine in. He also gave my van a good look over and gave me a lot of positive advice. 100% i will be telling family and friends to use carbon clean.
