On a 2.5 month tour of Scotland, a week in and our motorhome water system stops working, gave John a call and even though he was booked up solid with jobs, he still found the time to come to the caravan site after his long working day. John arrived at the time he said, found the fault within minutes, and got the water system working perfectly in no time. John is a friendly, polite, and very professional man.
