Carelessness & Your Claim
Some individuals may assure that if they are partially blamed for an accident nothing can be done against the tractor trailer. It is important to understand that eve if you or your loved one was cited by the officer as causing in part the accident or partially responsible, you and/or your family may still be entitled to compensation from the operator of the big rig. If the operator was also careless and/or partly responsible for the accident, we can help. The amount of the truck driver's liability for the accident will be determined by their percentage of fault for the accident.
