Told me tire would be 75-80% life, tire has about 10% left. Also told me 45 mins out and didn’t show up for an hour and a half. After owner response: since this company “Also we don't put on 10% tread tires.” here is proof of the tire that is at the wear bar with a photo of my tire that was on it previously, I have no problem with the eta changing but it is common courtesy as a service personnel myself to UPDATE the client which you guys didn’t. If proof is needed for that too I can provide that.

Fast response and reasonable price! I was on my way to an appointment and caught a flat tire when I called he quickly came and gave a very fair price and got me going. I made it on time so thank you very much for your service.!
