We have ordered a car over WhatsApp, in English we were able to agree on a car and price. There is a deposit of 100 EUR, which was promptly refunded after we returned the car. Selected Golf 6 2 liter diesel with manual transmission was very clean and in appropriate condition. It is actually a good idea to have a powerful car once you find out how to drive on Albanian roads.

The service was top-notch, the staff was very polite. They picked me up and brought me back after. The car, a Golf 7, doesn't just drive - it flies! It had a panoramic sunroof and was perfectly clean.

Can recommend this place if you want to rent a car. Very fast communication through WhatsApp, pretty polite service, enough good customer service. We had some issues from the beginning from my side, but the company trusted me and let me fix everything as soon as possible. Very good service, worth visiting!

We got the reservation very short termed and by the evening (my preferred time) I got picked up at my hotel and my car was already ready to go. I also had a couple options to choose from. The car itself was very comfortable. It had everything we asked for and even more. After the time we’ve had booked, we spontaneously decided to make it a day longer and this was also no problem. At the end we got brought even back to the hotel, after we brought back the car. All in all a really good experience and we definitely will rent more! Despite an unexpected issue on the first day, which meant we had to skip one day of rental, the next day a car fully meeting our requirements was available. From that point, everything went smoothly – the car was clean, in good condition, and the service was very friendly. We also really appreciated the convenient hotel pick-up and drop-off. The next day they picked us up at the hotel, took us to the place to sign the contract. The car was clean, well-maintained, no comments.
