All the cars I rented were in perfect condition. Super clean, well-maintained, and everything worked flawlessly. Performance was on point — smooth engines and really comfortable to drive, both in the city and on longer trips. Prices were totally fair for the quality, and the staff was always friendly, fast, and professional. Overall, the whole experience was stress-free, smooth, and the cars had amazing vibes. Definitely recommend 100%.

We contacted Genti the day before we arrived in Tirana as we have had so many negative experiences with big-name rentacars. His team member met us at the airport, we signed the documents and we saved $$$. The car was great and service was exceptional. Incredible service by incredibly kind people! They got us a car at the last minute after being scammed by another company. Additionally, they gave us peace of mind with their caring attitude and offering help if we needed it regarding our previous experience. The car worked perfectly and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip through Albania without worrying - and to top it off, they drove us to the airport at the time of return. Would highly recommend them!

The prices are reasonable, both for the car and the full cover insurance, and with no annoying deposit to worry about. The staff is very friendly, and super helpful Coming to the airport, jams and navigation mistakes got us more the an hour late, and the staff helped finalize everything very quickly and drove us to the airport entrance so we can catch the flight They have also a rental spot in the middle of tirana, which ww found useful as well Definitely recommended

Alen rent a car are great guys, I highly recommend them, their prices are very reasonable, no security deposit was required, and Alen and Bekim were very helpful and humble.
