My grandmother always advised, "if you don't have anything good to say, just don't say anything." However, I must express my strong dissatisfaction with this company, which I believe should be shut down immediately. The mechanics lack certification and, as my grandfather would have described, are unqualified and relying on guesswork. Furthermore, they failed to provide a receipt, leaving no paper trail to facilitate a potential refund through the banking system. It's essential to remember that cheaper options may not always be the best choice if you're seeking quality work. This company clearly falls short of that standard.

Jose is incredible. He’s always available and communicates perfectly. He is a master of his craft. He has all the tools and everything has a place. Efficient and organized. Josr goes above and beyond when troubleshooting and repairing the vehicle, leaving it better than before it needed repair. Jose quickly fixed my own SNAFU, addressed the problem of a failed starter, purchased the replacement part and repaired it all in a couple hours. Everyone should strive to be as professional as Jose. My husband took his work van to get it fixed TWICE. The first time he got charged $190.47 for a “sensor” he was told the van would be working with perfectly after that. Once driven to work it was WORST than what it was left. It was taken a SECOND time there they charged $382 to change some other parts and still felt the same horrible service. The work van is still WORST than how it was left the first time. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Charged almost $600 to be left WORST than what it was. They just GUESS and hope it works, they don’t know how to do their job. Charged almost $600 for NOTHING and they’re so called “experts”

They replaced brakes on my Van. On rear brakes. At the second day of using my Van I was hearing a loud sound, I stopped on my way home, and checked. Both Calipers (housing that holds the brakes) were loose, they just put one screw on each caliper, the brakes were coming apart. That is a serious mistake that could cost a life or the worst case, many lives.

We contacted Car Care Experts LLC in hopes that a mobile mechanic could look at our car ASAP. Jose was able to swing by our house to diagnose our car with a dead alternator and quoted us an extremely fair price for replacing the part. Jose replaced the alternator first thing the following morning. He is fast and a prompt communicator. We are SO grateful for this service. - This positive experience has earned life long customers. I would rate 10 stars if I could!!! :)

I puncture a tire literally less than half a mile away from here. I pulled up to change myself but john D helped and changed everything for us and didn’t even want me to pay for it. Super friendly and accommodating. Love good help and good people. 100 recommend

Great service. I was from out of town and my cv axle and cv boot tore off. My truck was not drivable. I called him and was told he would order the part and as soon as it came in he would come to me and fix it. I just left my truck in the resort meanwhile until the next day which was a Saturday and came by at 6 pm. Stayed 2 hours or so and fixed it. Honest, good price, and quick work. I am grateful for this guy. I’d highly recommend him to everyone. He even noticed safety pins were not there from the guy prior who did my truck lift and did those for me too.
