I have used this business twice...kind of. I got excellent service over the phone for our issue, and he hasn't had to come out (yet) to inspect our fireplace. We were given a lot of information and different things to try, and they seem to be helping! I was so impressed that the man I spoke with genuinely seemed like he wanted to HELP us, and if that was accomplished over the phone instead of with a house call and a bill, he was fine with that. I highly recommend this business, and I will absolutely have someone from Capri come out when/if we need it.

Robert came in a week before and assessed my dryer vent that vented to the garage. He gave a price and time estimate as well as the directive on how to do my laundry until he completed his work. He came in the next week and reviewed his initial assessment. He got work immediately and 4.5 hours later I was venting to the outside without danger of sparking a dryer fire. Very happy with the service and will recommend him to anyone in the same boat.

11/10 Service. Incredibly thorough, honest and helpful. We received lots of education and advice on our stove insert and our old covered chimneys. He also came prepared with dog treats and tolerated turkeys on his truck.

We had scheduled a chimney cleaning and needed to reschedule several times due to the weather. Today they were scheduled to come and never showed up. We called to make sure everything was ok and he said he couldn’t drive up our road (we had repeatedly told him he needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle) and then when we went to ask if he has a recommendation for another sweep he hung up on us. We tried repeatedly to call back and he won’t answer the phone. Now we are left hanging to scramble for another sweep before the weather turns bad. I’ve never been treated so unprofessional before. Do not recommend.

This man is outstanding. He checked my dryer and identified the issue + fixed it quickly and professionally. Also love the hate. If you’ve found this man, you’ve stumbled upon a gem in Loveland
