I called over the phone and was given a quote for the exact same windscreen, but when I went into the store I was quoted a different (higher) price. Only after showing the eBay listing did they agree to the original price. Service was very slow, and the windscreen was fitted by what appeared to be an apprentice still learning the trade. For something as straightforward as a replacement, I expected far more transparency, consistency, and professionalism.
