I have just bought and collected our first caravan from Capes and McLeod and the experience has been first class from start to finish. The customer service is excellent, the staff can’t do enough to help, and for us personally as first time caravan owners, helped us greatly with our questions, queries and mishaps! I would definitely recommend if you are looking to buy a caravan/motorhome.

What a fantastic team of people, at Capes and McLeod Leisure. We had been visiting them for, probably, a couple of years, with a specific caravan model requirement, before we would consider changing our current caravan. Eventually Craig was able to find the model we were looking for, and within 2 days of its arrival at their premises we had left a deposit. The process thereafter involved virtually every member of their team and every single one of them responded to the highest standard that you could wish for, in purchasing and trading in a caravan. We would highly recommend them for a very professional, courteous and customer focused organisation and we wish them every success for the future.

We travelled 300 miles to buy the caravan we wanted, (quite a rare one), never having dealt with this company before. From first phone call, to visiting to view and buy, then returning to pick up, the service was outstanding. Craig and Bill were just how you want salespeople to be, friendly not pushy, knowledgeable and above all honest. On pick up the caravan was gleaming, fully serviced and ready hooked up to all services to prove and demonstrate all systems, with a very detailed handover. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Their workshops also, are busy and spotless with very experienced helpful staff. They stand behind what they sell. On collection day, the caravan was presented in immaculate condition and we were given a thorough and extremely helpful handover demonstration, which made us feel confident and excited to get on the road. We very recently bought a caravan from CMC and I can’t rate the service more highly, we were offered drinks and the dogs were given water.
