Large storage units for the price. 24/7 availability is nice when you need something in the late hours. We moved into a new unit and needed some minor repairs. The repairs were completed in less than a day and they also swept out the unit.

Great location close to the boat ramps on the Southside of Canyon Lake. I have a 40ft unit for my Tritoon and haven't had any issues. Staff are very nice and responsive. Alecx has always been a pleasure to work with when we had any questions or issues. She's always nice, pleasant, and remembers our conversations.

I have had a phenomenal experience getting into my unit late on a Saturday! Other storage facilities are not this easy to do business with...

They have a nice, clean, facility that is close to the lake boat ramps and there is plenty of room at their facility to back your boat into the garage without any difficulty. They are quick to respond to your questions and concerns about your storage space with clear, thoughtful answers.

Very easy going and consistent management style. Have not had a bit of interaction or feedback over any issues. Enough cannot be said about effective, quiet management.
