We’ve been going to Canyon Meadows medical clinic for 2 years now. Dr. Kayode Oyekunle is so kind and approachable. He really takes the time to give the best treatment for our severe health concerns. We really feel we are receiving wonderful care and it’s a pleasure coming to the clinic. Front desk staff are so kind and helpful and our appointments are respectfully on time. Along with friendly pharmacist and a clean clinic, It’s made our doctor visits a nice experience! 👍😊

Dr. Kay is my family doctor. I've had nothing but good experiences here with him. I find him attentive and personable, he always takes the time to listen to my concerns.I feel seen and heard here which is important to me in a Dr/patient relation ship.

My family doctor Kayode is very helpful, listens and is thorough, and when he was on break, I was seen by Dr Oliko who is equally thorough and amazing. The pharmacist is exceptional at his role and makes the atmosphere extra warm and friendly and also advocated for you if he thinks you might have better options on your insurance. Very happy to have found this clinic. PS: I am making this review after being a customer for almost a year, because this is consistent great service

I have only been to this clinic once so far as a new patient, and this is my favourite clinic I’ve ever been to. Not only did I book an appointment online 1 hour before my appointment time, I was also seen in a timely manner once I arrived. Dr. Oliko was exceptionally thorough and the entire staff including the doc, reception, and pharmacy were super friendly. I felt safe and that my concerns were heard. Great clinic!

Dr. Kay is a wonderful family doctor. He always takes the time to listen and makes you feel like he truly cares about your well-being. He’s kind, thorough, and never rushes through appointments. He makes sure to send you for the necessary tests and follows up when needed. The front desk staff at the clinic are also incredibly kind and helpful — they even call a day before to remind you about your appointment, which I really appreciate. The pharmacist inside the clinic is also great. He explains how to take the medication clearly and always does it with a friendly attitude. Even when Dr. Kay isn’t available, the other doctors at the clinic who’ve seen me and my family have been professional and caring too. I feel very grateful to have this clinic supporting my family’s health.

Do NOT come to this clinic if you can help it. 3 stars for doctors. 1 star for the front desk. I came here because we need a family doctor, and my husband has had positive experiences with Dr. Tolue. As it is advertised as a walk-in, I came as a walk in at the 10am opening time. They ask you to do this if you are a new patient. The front desk had already let two people in ahead of us at 9:50. Everyone in the waiting room sat UNMASKED crammed together and it took the desk half an hour to even hand out masks, which happened once and they did not ask people to wear masks again, so there were plenty of unmasked patients coughing in the waiting room. I did not see them change their own masks. There is no sanitization station. The bathroom is in abysmal condition. The patient rooms were dirty. Several patients came and left unhappy with unclear communication. There is little to no system for appointments or walk-ins and several times I watched other patients be prioritized regardless of walk-in or appointment. We waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS to even get into a room. I can understand a 45 minute wait, but I didn’t realize I would need to miss an entire day of work to access medical care at this office. I finally got in to see the doctor at 12:38, for a barely 15 minute visit. The front desk woman said he’s full for patients, but he could accept me as a family doctor because my husband was a current patient. He told me the opposite: that he was full, but when I mentioned she offered he kindly decided to take me on too. Dr. Tolue was kind, if not rushed, and told me we could only focus on one issue and I will not get treatment for my other issue for several months unless I go through the walk-in gauntlet again, so I’ll be in pain in the meantime because I can’t afford to miss work again. Additionally, before I was ever a patient here, I am the emergency contact for my husband. I was called on three separate occasions for these emergency reasons: 1. My husband had left his water bottle. 2. They were confirming an appointment they’d apparently already confirmed with him earlier that day. 3. They wanted to reschedule one of his appointments, and given him different information. Each time, I gave them his number again so they could communicate with them, because being called by your husbands clinic is an absolutely unnecessary scare. I absolutely need care and this is my only option right now, so I’ll be staying on, but if you have the luxury of shopping around for a family doctor, do it and skip this one.

I wanted to take a moment to write a review as the team at the CM Medical Centre has always taken the time to provide and deliver medical services at the highest standard. Dr. Kay is top-notch. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and always takes the time to answer all my questions and ensure our discussions are full/complete. His genuine care and concern for my well-being is evident and the nurses and support staff are equally attentive and compassionate, ensuring I feel comfortable and well cared for at every step. They also have a pharmacy on sight, and the staff there is also knowledgable, genuine, and caring; he takes the time to properly take care of his patients and build rapport with them. I am also impressed with the clinic's efficiency and organization. My appointments have always been on time, and the entire process is always smooth and well-coordinated. I also noticed the clinic's commitment to hygiene and safety, which makes me feel confident in the quality of care I receive. Overall, I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Kay and my family doctor. We all know it can be difficult to find a family doctor and clinic that is right for you. I recommend this clinic to anyone seeking excellent medical care in a professional and caring environment. Thank you, for your outstanding service!

Dr. Chukwuma Oliko was so kind, attentive and very helpful. He took all of my symptoms seriously and paid attention to how I was feeling. He is a great doctor, hard to come by doctors who really care about helping people. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Ogo is my family doctor and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Most doctors take 1 look at my mental health and don't believe me when I'm having an actual health problem but she is dedicated to listening to the patients needs and find the source to the problem. Front desk staff is always so kind to me and my daughter and very personable. The pharmacist is full of life, a quick worker, and amazingly kind. You can tell he loves his job and never ever misses saying hello for every time I've been there, even when I'm just there for an appointment. He even gave my daughter a sticker lol 10/10

We are needing a new family doctor as ours recently retired. I booked an appointment to meet the Doctor two months prior with this clinic. My appointment time was at 11am, I arrived at 1040am. Nothing was said from the front staff that they were a bit behind and my appointment may be a few min late. I waited in the front office for 1.5hrs with no doctor meeting and nothing said. My time is obviously not important. The least that the front staff could do is either advise that the doctor is running behind and offer a new appointment time. Lost a 1/2 days work because of this clinic. Total waste of time and a half day wages.
