A new garbage dumpster got caught on our Ford SUV this morning Matt came out and was a great help and comfort to us women that are here all alone with a terrible experience happening before I went to work. We had an excellent experience with cantrell’s. We were driving a uhaul with a trailer and the tire of the trailer blew. Nate came and helped us out promptly. We dealt with a frustrating lack of help from uhaul, but Nate did everything he could to make sure we were back on the road as soon as possible despite the difficulties with uhaul.

Great service!!! Got me loaded up with great care. When it came time to unload van. It was having issues since it was the lower ball joint that failed. He got out a floor jack and raised it up took the tire off and used a little skid to let it slide down. He even made sure I had a good support under it before he let it all the way down. So yes they earned the Five Star rating for going above and beyond.

We broke down on I74 coming from Virginia to Iowa at 6AM and called a tow company who said "we can be there at 9am." Called Cantrells and they were hooking us up by 6:30 and didn't mind three passengers and a golden retriever in the cab with him! Towed us to a shop and got the repair done! Thanks again!

The driver is the ONLY reason they are getting 3 stars. The office said since they couldn't get to it right away Sunday they said they would tow it Monday. I asked her about the fees and she said the after hours would be. And I feel that the only reason they pushed it until after 5:00 p.m. today on Monday was to get that after-hours charge. Don't pull shady stuff with people that's limited income.

I don’t understand how towing company’s are able to steal your vehicle and then hold it for ransom, but that’s exactly what they do. They won’t even negotiate or budge on the ransom amount. I have to pay $540 if I ever want to see my car again, and they won’t even take $500 after draining the last of my savings account to try to get my stolen car back. Regardless of this I was polite on the phone and they responded with bad attitude. Thieves, uncaring and rude.

We use Berg's for all our insured's at Justin Cook State Farm. They're always so helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend them for any roadside service needs.

We had our Dodge Charger towed. It is pretty low to the ground. The tow driver was very professional and careful not rip the front spoiler off.

Great service and reasonably priced towing. Came within 20 minutes of me calling. Very very thankful- and the gentleman was extremely nice. Would highly recommend!

Great towing co. Did what I asked and delivered to where I requested. I was not able to stay with my truck. Would use Berg again if the need arises.
