As a condo owner, transitioning to Bow Vacation PM for turnkey short-term rental management was the best decision we made! Lesley and her team managed an extensive (yet very cost effective) repair and renovation project to get our unit modernized and in beautiful condition to provide the best experience for our guests, we were blown away by the renovation and her interior design updates! Lesley and Cindy are great communicators and have their management system dialed in. We have 100% confidence they will continue to take great care of us as owners AND even more importantly provide unique first-class guest experience. We couldn't be happier to be working with BVPM!

We stayed at their unit in the Tamarack building in the Spring Creek neighborhood of Canmore and it was stunning. So well appointed and felt immediately relaxing when we arrived. It's a fabulous location just a very short, scenic walk to downtown and great food, pubs and coffee shops. The Bow Valley team was fantastic. So accommodating and immediately responsive. Will definitely stay again.
