Alesia was great she helped us pick out a countertop that went with our cabinets. She was awesome at answering all of our questions and walked us through the whole process. We went with the Forum Quartz Bianco Castello we absolutely loved it. When we called to schedule our in home appointment for them to come and template they had an appointment the same week. Lorenzo came to measure and he was also very professional. They had our countertops ready after only a week. Lorenzo was also the installer which meant he knew exactly where everything needed to go. He explained everything after the install and told me I could give him a call if I had any questions. Overall excellent experience I highly recommend them if you're looking for quartz countertops.

I worked with Natasha designing my kitchen. I needed tile for the backsplash and I could not make up my mind. She had so much patience with me! She convinced me to wait for when the Homey line dropped and I am beyond grateful she did! Natasha took time helping me curate the perfect kitchen that completed my vision. Could not have gotten there without her. The outcome is beyond what I imagined, I am obsessed with the tile we chose together. Natasha’s work ethic and designers touch got me the kitchen of my dreams! Thank you so much for everything!

Excellent customer service (Alesia Hillman rocks!), beautiful products and reasonable prices. They will work with any budget. We used a Cancos-brand wood-look tile for our new bathroom and a reclaimed-wood style for our new kitchen. Love both of them! We also bought a beautiful shower wall tile for under $20/sq ft (see pics attached).

I had been to a few different tile places before going to Cancos. Luckily I went to the one in West Babylon and came across Alesia Hillman, who besides being cool as hell is absolutely AMAZING at her job. First up in my list of complex tasks for her was my master bathroom, with a wet area/steam room. She knocked that one directly out of the park. After this win, I needed a backsplash for my kitchen. I say "Alesia, I need a strong tile as my kitchen is huge." To which she replies "Check this out, it just came in and no one knows about it yet, it'll go perfect with your colors." (see attached pictures) The color of my cabinets is a dark blue/gray but you cannot tell that from the pictures. Go talk to Alesia. You'll be amazed at what she can come up with.

My husband and I had a great experience with planning our bathroom renovation. Alesia was great - she helped us during each step of the process and we love our new bathroom!

Excellent all the way around!! Natasha, Alesia and Paul exceeded my expectations in service.: patience and recommendations; knowledge of the products ; and tile placement. Had a nightmare contractor that caused trips to Cancos for changes or additional items that he never advised. Each time I was greeted with engaging patient people who gave me total confidence to then pushback with the contractor. I highly recommend Cancos in West Babylon. Renovations can be stressful. They were tremendous in reducing the stress for sure!

I am currently remodeling my entire house and prior to meeting Alesia & Natasha (west Babylon location) I would walk into a tile place and leave within 15 minutes with anxiety and feeling defeated! I had 5 bathrooms to remodel and I don’t possess “a design eye”! They were patient and confident. I think Alesia and I fully designed 4 of the 5 bathrooms in a couple of hours the first time I met her. The bathrooms were by far for me the hardest part of this entire construction project! They are kind, patient and had a dedication to helping me reach my goals regardless of how long it took! I really couldn’t have done this without their help. If you are considering cancos…..DO NOT HESITATE! They are so knowledgeable and professional and I really enjoyed working with them because of their personable demeanors!

This is the best location out of all the Cancos I visited! Natasha S. is absolutely fabulous and helped us pick out a perfect checkerboard pattern for a historic home renovation! Our tile installer was very impressed by the quality of the product. We had an amazing experience here and will be using them for a future powder room renovation!

Alesia gets 5 stars! Could not imagine a more helpful or friendly representative. Showed us many selections and went the extra mile to help us make choices that stayed within our budget. I highly recommend this place for your tile needs. Thank you again for your help!
