Kevin Fitzgerald was my Sales & Design Consultant and was extremely knowledgeable and impeccable with choosing my tiles for my home. Always courteous and willing to help. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and will definitely use Kevin again for my other renovations. Cancos Tile in Farmingville is 150+!!!!

I have to first say that Kevin Fitzgerald at the Farmingville showroom is Excellent salesperson and I recommend him highly. My wife and I purchased thousands of dollars of tile and accessories for our bathroom renovation from a person who is no longer working there ( Steve) . From the beginning of our conversations with him he was telling us that he was not happy there and he was probably going to be leaving. There were many problems dealing with him. BUT THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT KEVIN and how wonderful he is. He stepped in and turned a horrible experience into a great one. I believe they also work on commissions so Steve got it from us and Kevin got nothing BUT he served us wonderfully. If anyone goes there Definitely ask for and work with KEVIN. Thanks Kevin. I can’t say enough how happy I am with my recent purchase of new mosaics and wall tiles for my shower. The showroom had endless beautiful choices. Most importantly was the help and expertise from their showroom salesman Kevin!! He is professional, very knowledgeable and pleasantly guided me throughout helping to make tough decisions. All staff super nice as well! I absolutely love these tiles and I am so grateful to him. Overall I’d highly recommend Kevin and this location!!!!

Dealing with Cancos has been an absolute pleasure. There are so many options when planning for a new bathroom. Samantha and her showroom expert, Steve Friedlander, guided me towards the exact look we had hoped to accomplish. Dealing with Steve was a great overall experience. He was courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable on all the products in the showroom. He also had the Cancos fabrication shop create some custom pieces that turned out excellent, and in a timely fashion. His communication throughout the whole process was the icing on the cake. Steve Friedlander was an absolute pleasure. The tile he suggested for walls and floor are beautiful!! The delivery was flawless. From the minute we walked into the store he gave myself and my husband his undivided attention. I highly recommend Cancos! Ask for Steve when you shop and you'll be a very happy customer!

Tile and stone store with a lot of choices. Very helpful sales consultants. Michelle was amazing! Before and during our bathroom renovations we went to the store many times, purchased, returned and exchanged different tiles with no problems (my wife changed design of our bathroom few times). Michelle went above and beyond to help us. We will be back for another bathroom and kitchen projects. Thank you Michelle!!!

We just redid the bathroom and the folks in Cancos were very helpful! They were welcoming and patient with us. We were going to try some other places but the people in those other places didn’t want to deal with us. At one point this woman had sent us outside in the rain to match a tile. We left and went right to Cancos! Steve helped us and he and the other staff members manage to find us the exact tile piece for a smaller project. But then we’re planning to do a bigger project and at that point we only wanted to deal with Cancos. Steve took the time to help us figure out the design for our bigger bathroom and it’s exactly what we wanted. The bathroom came out beautiful! Plus the other staff members were helpful as well, they all really took the time and they all patiently answered our questions. My mother has been dealing with Cancos for probably 30 yrs and she always seem to get good results. Plus the quality is way better than some of those other options we had looked at. I highly recommend Cancos for your future projects!

Steven from Cancos in Farmingville has done an amazing job helping me choose tiles for 5 bathrooms. The first time I was in the shop he spent over 3 hours with me. He was patient and calm and went above and beyond to assist me. I have since returned to place my order and he is continues to be helpful. In addition he is very responsive via email to any questions or concerns I may have. He has been a pleasure to work with.

I've dealt with Cancos Farmingville several times in the past and never had an issue. The staff was always knowledgeable and courteous. My last order which was this month has changed my outlook. The staff was not helpful at all and had the appearance that they could care less. My salesman was no help in providing prompt delivery and suggested I drove to New Jersey if I wanted my order sooner when he provided incorrect delivery information. I was told there was no manager to speak with and basically hung up on. Update: The manager from Farmingville called and was a pleasure to deal with. Problem solved and will gladly patronize this store in the future.

Kevin Fitzgerald was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful with tile selection for my kitchen and two bathrooms. I met Kevin after going to several other tile stores and feeling very overwhelmed with decisions. He made the process effortless. Most importantly, he listened to me first, then showed me different tile selections and paired them with flooring. I was able to design all three rooms during our first meeting. Throughout construction, Kevin was always available for questions or to assist with additional finishes.
