Cancos Tile & Stone

As an Interior Designer, one of my go-to places to source and purchase tile for my clients is the Cancos Tile & Stone showroom located in Westbury. This showroom is beautifully laid-out, well-lit and organized. It is easy to view the many different types of tiles Cancos carries without becoming overwhelmed. The variety is vast. I have purchased large-format, book-matched porcelain slab tile as large as 8ft. tall to use in Hampton's houses with 2-story living rooms down to 2" x 2" specialized glass tiles in hard-to-find colors for an all-custom project. Beyond the interior tile selections, they carry exterior tile and pavers as well. If you have questions or need design input, Susan, Jimmy and Danny are extremely helpful. They are knowledgeable in all types of tile materials, whether it be natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, or glass and will let you know what will work best for your project.

Great store, great service and great experience! I was looking at several tile stores and decided to stop in. Not only did they have a good selection of quality tiles, but all the staff was so helpful and I ended up getting a great tile. I worked with James and he made every step of the process easy from selection to delivery. I had to go to the warehouse in Hicksville, later on together some more grout and the staff there were welcoming and got things done real fast. If you want to have a great experience, go to Cancos.

We have done a lot of flooring and two baths with Cancos in Westbury and would not go anywhere else. The showroom is extensive and has many displays. You can walk around and see many installations. We worked with James Walsh (Jimmy) who is fantastic. He helped us take our general ideas and turn them into great designs with his knowledge and experience. We were very happy with the selection (both tile and vanities) and service there.

Fantastic experience at Cancos in Westbury. I would highly recommend working with Jimmy Walsh. I walked into the store without a tile design for three newly renovated rooms of my home. Jimmy was patient with me and helped guide me towards selecting the perfect tiles. He has a really great eye for design and details. Most of the tiles were readily stocked and were available for either quick delivery or same day pick-up. I am very happy with how each of the rooms turned out and get many compliments.

We just renovated our 1st floor bathroom using Cancos in West Babylon and once again we were not disappointed. We did a major renovation in 2017 of our kitchen and upstairs bath/laundry room and had a great experience. Alesia Hillman, our Cancos rep, is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and just so easy to work with. You get quality at a great price and we're just so thrilled with the look of the floor in our new bathroom.

I came into Cancos of Westbury in hopes of redoing my master bathroom. I was without direction but thankfully the store manager, Susan, came to my rescue. Being assisted by one of the most friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable individuals definitely made the experience a great one. In each visit Susan went above and beyond in her efforts to create a beautiful bathroom. I can happily say that I loved my experience at Cancos almost as much as I love my new bathroom. Westbury location has the best customer service! Sue S. was so knowledgeable and remained mindful of my budget all while thoroughly explaining each product that I was interested in. She was timely to all of my appointments and they had a beautiful selection. I have recommended several friends to Cancos and they all have been equally as satisfied!!

Cancos has beautiful tiles and Jimmy Walsh made the shopping experience so much easier. He was so easy to work with. I saw the tile on the website and when I went in to the store I knew I found my tiles. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and his eye for matching grout color is excellent. The store has many displays and makes for easy viewing. Overall, choosing Cancos and working with Jimmy made tile shopping so easy!
