We are so happy with our new lighting! We waited a long time to replace all our lights in our 40 year old building but it was worth the wait. Gary and his team were awesome from the very beginning, they already had a plan for our store and were very open to any feedback.

Gary was a pleasure to work with. His wife, Helen, on the other hand resorted to name calling and more when I tried to make a return today. After she called me rude, a liar, told me I should be ashamed of myself, I asked to speak with Gary and she told me to leave and ignored me from her office. After a minute she came out with a 5m measuring tape and told me to measure all 50m of strip lighting “to prove I didn’t cut it” which I did and still didn’t get a refund. Degrading waste of time…Still in shock. Helen, who hurt you? I am actually sorry to say they’ve lost a customer because Gary was dope and we had plans to work with them again in the future. Now I have to try to sell these lights on fb marketplace to recover the funds (lights that work perfectly fine, just didn’t suit what we bought them for). Ugh so sad and unnecessary.

I was stumped in finding 230 volt bulb I needed to replace. I tried everything from hardware stores, lighting stores, electricians and got nowhere. Someone said to give Garry a call and he solved my problem. Led bulbs that are made 120- 240 volt which no one else knew about.

Excellent Service, would recommend to a friend. I was blown away by the work Gary and Jim had done to ensure my new lights were everything I wanted. They got together all my paperwork for my rebates as well as, developed an ROI so I could see the breakdown of my savings. I was treated well and even had a few laughs, an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Will be going back for any lighting needs in the future.

Jim Gary and staff are truely excellent. I had all the lighting redone at my business and the work and service were both top notch. They truely care about your business hear, I didn't even have to deal with bc hydro, they did all the leg work and made the whole process super easy. The price was very fair and although there may be cheaper out there... you get what you pay for. The quality of workmanship and service was top notch! Thanks to Jim and Gary for their hard work.
