Moo and Darryl were AWESOME! Moo backed the truck into a long, dark, hidden, curved and dark driveway. Darryl is an enthusiastic and encouraging supervisor. Together they quickly and efficiently put things in our garage and placed 8 boxes in our house. They made sure I was happy before the left. Through the whole process, from researching movers, confirming pick up time, and keeping me informed about the drop off time, Francine was helpful, clear and concise. I recommend this moving company 100%

What a godsend! Tanner and Herman really took the stress out of moving. They were quick, careful and detail oriented. We did our own packing, but really appreciated that they disassembled and reassembled our bed for us. The company has reasonable rates and we were very glad we hired them.

Eric and his team were fantastic were able to be super flexible when we had to reschedule. Came in time moving day worked so fast felt like no time was wasted. Even when there was a small hiccup Eric met with my wife at the property and got it solved the next day! They have great rates friendly service, and unlike other moving companies they do not waste time! Thank you Eric and thank you team my wife and I really appreciate it!

My 5 star services with Canadian Moving Services started with our beloved Jackie. Out of the 6 other companies I had over to provide in person estimates, she was the only one to physically look in cupboards and drawers AND provide me with a detailed listing in her quote. She was an absolute god send with my elderly parents and moved heaven and earth to ensure their stress and anxiety was next to none. The day of our move, Francine came in advance to do all the tagging and made sure we were still on track. When the truck arrived with Eric and his crew, I knew straight away we were in superlative hands. Carpets rolled out, careful eye to detail. The entire team were fun and happy and just an absolute pleasure to be around. The degree of efficiency and speed they all exercised was like nothing I’ve ever seen nor experienced in the past. They had a huge house packed and loaded in less than 3 and a half hours. This 5 star treatment continued at our destination. Moe, Mattieu and Darryl navigated a tight parking situation with their rig and again, took great care with moving everything to the desired rooms. Song, laughs and speedy efficiency. Not sure why the reviews are so good. When we moved from Alberta to NS, they lost a priceless tapestry that was wrapped in a rug. Didn't pay for the price of the products, and definitely didn't try to find our stuff. Will never use them again, and definitely will not recommend. Just use a UBOX.

Outstanding Inter-Provincial Move Experience with Canadian Moving Services Inc! We recently used Canadian Moving Services Inc to move our belongings from Edmonton to Hamilton, and we could not be more pleased with the experience. From the beginning, our point of contact, Ms. Francine Drapeau, was professional, responsive, and courteous. We had received quotes from several well-reviewed moving companies—some recommended by friends, others with strong reviews online (Google and Reddit). In the end, we chose to support a local business, and Francine's competitive pricing and personal visit to our home to assess the move helped us make that decision with confidence. Canadian Moving Services are agents for North American Van Lines Canada, who manage the inter-provincial logistics. (A side note for those researching: online reviews for North American Van Lines may seem mixed, but our experience was excellent.) Our driver, Mike Carty, called us the day before the scheduled pick-up and arrived ahead of time with his massive semi-truck clearly marked with North American Van Lines. We had already secured truck parking permissions from our community board and notified our neighbours in advance, which helped things go smoothly. Mike was joined by three additional crew members, all of whom were friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. Although most of our packing was done, the team carefully wrapped and disassembled our furniture, including a complex IKEA box bed. The loading process took over six hours, and we were extremely impressed with how systematic the process was—Mike tagged and inventoried each item, the crew wrapped and loaded them efficiently, and we received the total shipment weight within two hours of departure. Delivery to Hamilton happened the following week, though Mike was actually ready to deliver within four days—an impressive turnaround. We had scheduled our arrival for later based on our agreed delivery window, so Mike accommodated our timing without any issues. The unloading process in Hamilton also went smoothly and took around eight hours. Mike returned with three crew members—two of whom had helped with the Edmonton loading—bringing a great sense of continuity and trust. Two of our standing fans were damaged during transit, but Mike promptly reimbursed us, which we greatly appreciated as a mark of professionalism and accountability. In summary, working with Francine from Canadian Moving Services and Mike from North American Van Lines was a truly positive experience. They may not be the cheapest, but they are undoubtedly among the best. We felt supported every step of the way, and the peace of mind that came with their professionalism was well worth it. We selected Canadian Moving after meeting Francine and finding her very personable and knowledgeable. Our original move was to be within Edmonton. However life throws surprises and we ended up six months later moving across country. Canadian Moving Services kept all our worldly goods safe in storage, with us adding to them before the truck left. Francine's partner Eric oversaw our pack and load back in June and kept in touch throughout the final stages. Daryl and Mike delivered and reassembled everything for us over seven hours - they were fantastic. We've moved too many times to count and have encountered mediocre and good; we definitely recommend Canadian Moving Services as they are the best. Huge thanks to all.

Herman and his crew were amazing! Friendly, efficient and careful. The move out involved 3 flights of stairs and a winding trail to the truck in the snow - yet nothing got dirty, or damaged like has happened with past movers. Leasing staff at the new location couldn't help but noticed how fun and efficient they were and asked for a stack of cards! Price was fair. Will definitely use again.
