Disappointing Experience and Lack of Communication I booked an exam scheduled for August 2nd, and due to an emergency, I began emailing for a cancellation and refund starting July 22nd—well before the exam date. Despite multiple emails and submitting proof, I received no response for weeks. When they finally did reply, it was irrelevant to my actual request. The communication has been extremely poor, and the handling of my refund request has been completely unprofessional. I followed their policy as best I could under the circumstances, yet no one seems willing to take responsibility or respond in a timely, respectful manner. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this organization unless they seriously improve their support and transparency.

The staffs are nice, the atmosphere is bright and warm. And the best thing is there’s no noise that interrupts the exams.

Hello IDP Team, I'm reaching out publicly because I have been trying to get in touch with IDP Canada and Canada College (Montreal) regarding my IELTS General Training paper-based test held on May 3, 2025, but I have received no response. My result was expected on May 16, but it has not been released, and no explanation or update has been provided. I've sent multiple emails, made several phone calls, and even contacted the test centre directly-yet no one has replied or informed me why my result is delayed. This situation is deeply concerning, especially since these results are crucial for our immigration processes. Please understand the stress and uncertainty caused by this lack of communication. I kindly request an urgent update on my test result. Thank you.

Canada College is one of the best IELTS TEST CENTRE. I gave the exam last week with this test centre. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

Worst service ever, why you give your phone number if you guys never pick up calls, even not giving any reply to emails.

The reception and the guidance from the staff were really professional. The team was super friendly and helpful plus the center was very clean.

The staff was very friendly. The only request is to put some water bottles up for grab if someone needs it. It's a length test and you may need it in between.

I submitted the form to transfer my IELTS test date almost a month ago and still there is no reply. Also, I sent them follow-up email but same. Tried to call them on different contact numbers available on website, but none of them are working. Finally, tried their so called "online chat" and they said to wait for the email without any estimated time of response. There is no way to contact them. Very unprofessional services.
