Disappointing Experience and Lack of Communication
I booked an exam scheduled for August 2nd, and due to an emergency, I began emailing for a cancellation and refund starting July 22nd—well before the exam date. Despite multiple emails and submitting proof, I received no response for weeks. When they finally did reply, it was irrelevant to my actual request.
The communication has been extremely poor, and the handling of my refund request has been completely unprofessional. I followed their policy as best I could under the circumstances, yet no one seems willing to take responsibility or respond in a timely, respectful manner.
Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this organization unless they seriously improve their support and transparency.
