Called up this company and got in touch right away with Vlad! I’m glad I did. Where other companies weren’t even willing to be patient with my request, Vlad listened to my concern and provided an amazing solution temporally before scheduling me out! Saved me some grocery items in my fridge and he had my unit working very quickly! Couldn’t be happier!

Our dishwasher was not working for 3 weeks and we could not figure out why. Vlad came to repair it and now it is working perfectly. He was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. My washing machine just randomly stopped dispensing softener. I called Canada Appliance Repair and a service person, named Emmanuel, came out within a couple of days and fixed the problem. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. You could tell that he had a lot of experience. I was very happy with the service and strongly recommend this company.

We live in a century house and getting a full size washing machine in the basement is impossible, so we were so worried when our machine wouldn’t turn on. Vlad was able to fix it. My fridge wasnt providing cold air. When the repair man came, he assume that there is leak in the tubes in the freezer. And then he said the freezer fan is not working. After he fixed the new fan on his 2nd visit (waiting to get the part), the fridge is still not cold. I had to call him in a third time to come and check it. This time he found out that the actual problem is the hole that provides cold air to the fridge is blocked by ice. So I guess I paid for the fan all for nothing when the cause is the blocked hole. Now 2 months later end (Dec to end Feb), there are signs of water leak freezing in the freezer. I called this company to check if I am still covered for warranty, and it was only covered for 30 days, and the front desk reception said its a totally separate issue! They dont even bother to do a courtesy visit to check my fridge and assue its un-related to my first repair! And by the way, there were missing screws and damaged screw cover caps after the repair. Total job $518.30. Now to fix the new leak in the freezer, the total cost of repair is as good as buying a new fridge!

This company seemed the most reliable and up front about what the problem with my fridge might be and how much it could cost. My technician was able to diagnose the problem but had to return the next day because there was a part missing, which was fine, so I booked a time between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. The next morning, he came right at 10 and reassured me that it would be a QUICK fix. However, it turned out the part he retrieved was the wrong part and he had to drive back to Mississauga to pick up the new part. He said he would come back ASAP. I said give me a heads up if there was any delay. I did not hear back until 2:05 p.m., when I received a call saying that he wanted to finish some jobs so he wouldn't be available until the evening with NO ETA. He had already wasted 4 hours of my time at this point so I reluctantly conceded. He finally called at 5:19 p.m. to tell me he would come by in an hour, then came at 6:20 p.m. and was out by 6:45 p.m. 3 stars because my fridge is fixed and I've had no issues since. I just wish there was more transparency around how I was not a priority since I wasn't in the area anymore. He made me sit there and wait from 10 am to 6:45 pm= total 8.75 hours when I wanted to make use of my day. That is unprofessional and deplorable customer service.

We had to replace the lid switch for a our Whirpool stacked washer-dryer. I contacted Canada Appliance Repair. It was really simple and straight forward. They checked whether they had the piece in stock and immediately quoted the cost of the repair, breaking down the cost of the piece and labor. They schedule the visit. They came within the window time they offered, The technician, Emmanuel, did a greta job and made sure the machine was properly working and cleaned all the work area. Excellent customer service.
