CambHost manage our 2 bedroom property in Cambridge and they do an excellent job. We cannot fault their services, they communicate well and provide reliable and trustworthy services which is essential when managing an air B&B property.

Tom and Amy did a super job with managing our property! They were really easy to deal with and we are more than happy to use them again.

I highly recommend Amy and CambHost. I started as a new Airbnb host six months ago and Amy gave me a lot of practical advice and support in getting my flat “Airbnb ready” and has been an excellent partner in managing the flat ever since. Amy has been a great help at getting pricing right - it’s a delicate balance between being competitive, maximising revenues and minimising unbooked nights. When something goes wrong (broken washing machine, broken loo, broken door etc - we’ve had the lot!), Amy has been great in getting it sorted whilst keeping the guests happy. Amy is super responsive and genuinely cares about high standards and a great experience for our guests. She takes onboard feedback constructively, and is always seeking to improve the service with innovations. With Amy’s help, we got Superhost status at first opportunity after 10 CambHost are really excellent and I don’t know how I would do it without them!

Highly recommended! Amy has been running our Airbnb extremely well, always fast to respond to any communications from guests, cleaning the property to a high standard, she's also sorted out any issues that have come up. A well organised, friendly and efficient service.

Choosing Takecare b n b to look after our home was an easy one. The commitment, dedication and efficiency shown from the start was really impressive but what we liked most was the personal service of working with a family run and owned company. This is, in our mind, what makes them a cut above the rest of the competition.
