I absolutely LOVE Calypso! The vibe/music is so much fun. The staff is great and everyone you interact with makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. From a service standpoint, this is by far the best place for nail service that I've been to in the area. Mea has INSANE nail skills. She's so detail-oriented and intelligent with her service, and as a result my nails have never looked better. Mea also makes an all natural cuticle/skin oil that is a game changer for me (typically I have to say "no" to oils/lotions due to skin sensitivity). I just love this salon and reccomend it to everyone.

If you are looking for a nail technician, Kenzie is absolutely amazing! If I could give her 100 stars, I would! Her attention to detail is incredible — she’s so precise and truly takes the time to make sure every nail is perfect. I’m constantly blown away by her creativity and the way she brings ideas to life. Whether I show her a photo for inspiration or let her freestyle, she always delivers something beautiful and unique. I can’t even count how many compliments I get on my nails — people are always asking where I get them done! Kenzie’s work stands out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and her craft. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for gorgeous, high-quality nails and an artist who goes above and beyond every single time.

I've been visiting Calypso The Salon for the past five years, and I truly believe that Starr and CJ are exceptional in Scottsdale. They've always taken such wonderful care of my blowouts and haircuts, and CJ's hairwashing is incredibly relaxing. Starr's skill with hair extensions and scissors is remarkable. Their kindness and expertise consistently make my visits feel special and comforting. The nail techs are also amazing—they always make my nails look flawless. My pedicures are a joy, and after a long day on my feet, I leave with a sense of renewed comfort—my feet practically feel on cloud nine. I wholeheartedly recommend every service they offer—you’ll be in caring hands.

Mea is the best! She is so sweet and truly cares about customer satisfaction. She is so detail-oriented, focused, and never rushes her work. Her passion for doing nails makes me even more excited about them. Her work is flawless! I definitely suggest everyone books with her! :)
