Arrived at the Caltex Chong Pang workshop around 1.30pm, and everything was done smoothly with the car ready for collection by 5pm. Great Service at Havoline ! I recently brought my car to havoline, and I’m thoroughly impressed. Initial problem: A nail pierced the front right wheel And since we were at yishun, we decided to go to this workshop to change tyre. Then we decided to take up their servicing promo. And that was when hidden problems from our old Estima X pops up! The Mechs gave a list of suggestions and we tick those that are within our current budget. And we decided to complete the list on the next visit. After one day of driving after repairs, our old Estima feels better. Pick up is better. Lesser vibrations. This workshop is Efficient. Direct. And easy to communicate.

Mechanic well understanding of old models car. They will advised accordingly, so that you will pay more attention to your car. As Sg car is too expensive and maintenance of the car is not cheap this day. You really need to take good care of the car.

Came in for servicing and check before driving up to Malacca for the weekend. Arvind was prompt to reply my queries and set up my servicing appointment on the same day. Would like to commend Mr Jack and Mr Teo for their professional advices and repair for my car. Workmanship was excellent and services rendered was excellent as well. Would definitely be my go to workshop from now on. Price wise may be slightly 5 to 10% expensive due to having a workshop parked in petrol station. But with convenience and best quality service comes a price and i would say you'll never regret coming here to get your car maintained. Keep it up.
