Everything just aligns perfectly with Calloway Storage. Nicole's assistance throughout the entire process from the application, size of bin we needed & fast delivery was invaluable . Delivery was quick and the container was leveled and placed exactly where I wanted it. The gentleman that delivered it was friendly and very experienced with the equipment. We relocated to the Muskoka area from the GTA at the end of August 2023 and needed a container to be placed on our new property the day before we moved in. Even though there was nobody onsite when the container was delivered Calloway Storage placed it exactly where I instructed based only on a couple of pictures. Once we had our new shed built and no longer required this temporary storage it only took a few days for Calloway to come and pick up the container. We highly recommend Calloway Storage to anyone who asks and greatly appreciate the excellent customer service we received!! Driver who delivered our unit was awesome. Very informative obviously extremely experienced in the delivery aspect. Very friendly and helpful. My experience at the office was also very positive, very friendly and helpful young lady who explained everything about this rental experience. Thank you all for making this experience so easy.

This has been the most convenient, flexible, professional but friendly, and just overall great experience we've had with storage (and this is definitely not our first). Highly recommend. I can't believe we got to load it right in our driveway and then just let them take it away. The way it's built so you can just strap everything in securely made it so easy...Don't hesitate - this is the best local option we've got.

Wow! So impressed with this company and their customer service! They were on the ball with getting getting me a quote and scheduling the drop off and pick up was easy! The container was clean and the driver who dropped it off was very polite and was able to squeeze it in where I wanted it easily with their fork lift system! I am very impressed with Calloway so far! We are moving from Toronto to Muskoka and needed to move and store our excess gear due to downsizing and renovating. Downsizing can be very stressful and this easy move has given us time to renovate and then receive our goods after a few months! The bin delivery system is really interesting to watch. The loaded container is moved so carefully and level that I had no concern for my items. They are well cared for!

Steve was extremely friendly and very helpful when dropping the storage unit off. I dealt with Nicole to get the reservation going and she was also very helpful and efficient. So far, our experience has been great with Calloway Storage and their staff.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a storage container from Calloway. Each step of the process was handled efficiently and smoothly by the trained staff members. The booking process was very streamlined, the delivery was on time. The placement of the 8' X 20' box into a tight spot was excecuted without and issues. The container was clean and ready to use.
