Friendly and quick response when I called. I tried using their online quote form and didn't hear back after a couple of days so that might not be working or monitored as often. They were able to pick up my old mattress the same day. Great communication. They came and evaluated before giving a quote and I thought it was a reasonable price. They were in and out in 5 minutes!

This junk removal company is so great! They are very nice people and extremely professional. I didn’t have to play the estimate game over the phone which is so annoying. Joe gives you a quote and that’s it. They were so much cheaper than other estimates that I got and I called several places. This was my second time using them. I will be using them again.
