Mike was a quick responder when requesting a quote. Came out and took the time to explain our flooring options. He was friendly, energetic and had the right attitude to get the job done. Our floors were all mismatched and uneven. He provided us with options and allowed us to decide which were the best ideas for our home. His team were friendly and skilful to complete the installation in some tricky circumstances as the house is very old and has had multiple types of flooring installed previously. Mike was very enthusiastic and extremely fast at being able to quote and be ready to complete a difficult job at short notice. Extra work was not an issue when unforseen issues came up after removing the existing flooring.
