Absolutely the best! Professional, engaging, knowledgeable and responsive. I have had to call Teng a couple of times over the past several years to help with my older system. He responds and handles issues quickly. He is honest and hard working. His services are very reasonable. Highly recommended. I wouldn't use anyone else!

We had a great experience replacing our AC unit. From the first call to the completed installation, the communication was excellent with Teng. He was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He arrived promptly, completed the job efficiently, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. It's hard to find companies that combine great customer service with quality work, but they delivered on both. Highly recommend!

6 STARS - I would give 6 stars to this business mostly for two points that all of us as customers are expecting. - First for QUALITY of the job that impressed me with how careful and attentive at details was done, fixing in addition sloppy repairs that was previously done by large repair companies I used. - Second for the PRICE, COST of repair that made me VERY happy. TENG is a very friendly and and very knowledgeable person that troubleshoot and fixed the myriad of melted wires, and hanging capacitors and relay left from previous repairs. I just hope that TENG will keep his business for many years from now on (so I know who to call), while keeping the same standards for Quality and Cost.

Highly recommend Teng for your AC needs. He came out at 9pm and had me up and running in no time. Very reasonable price and a super nice guy. Excellent service.

I just can't say enough about this family owned company! We were looking to have our entire HVAC system (including air ducts) replaced & after receiving a few quotes a friend of ours recommended that we reach out to Caliber. I'm so glad we did because they did such an outstanding job! They installed a new 3.5-Ton heat pump split system with all new ductwork and plenum risers. They also added more return air to improve our airflow throughout the home. Communication was great, they were professional, reasonably priced, & everything was installed in a timely manner. All their work is above standard! Even the county inspector was impressed. I highly recommend them!
