Cali Van Medical Transportation

I would NEVER recommend Cali Van Medical Transportation! I had a scheduled procedure that required anesthesia, and I would need a driver to get me home. I contacted Cali Van and spoke with Nick. I explained the situation and my needs, as I would need no special equipment. I was informed that this is a common service they provide. This conversation took place on a Monday, and the upcoming Thursday was the day of the procedure. I was also told I just needed to give the company information to the medical staff so they would know who would be picking me up after the procedure, and they would be able to coordinate the discharge time with their arrival. I used ride share to get to the procedure location. I gave the contact information to the nurse, who told me my transportation would need to be confirmed before the procedure could even begin. I was later informed by the nurse they were not able to connect with anyone at Cali Van, and the voicemail was full. I then started calling and has the same result; no answer and the voicemail was full. I’m now starting to panic because I had prepared for the procedure, and I had confirmed with Nick the date and time of my transportation need. Fortunately, I was able to find someone else to pick me up after the procedure. It’s been approximately 3 weeks since this happened, and neither Nick nor anyone else from Cali Van has attempted to contact me to acknowledge their failure to be available for my scheduled pickup after a medical procedure. The lack of professionalism from Cali Van was unacceptable, stressful, and inexcusable for a company that is working with people in sensitive medical situations. Who just ignores a confirmed medical transportation appointment pickup? Cali Van Medical Transportation does!

I had a medical procedure which required a person to pick me up due to anesthesia, friend wasn’t able to do it. Nick coordinated with nursing staff to arrange pickup, got me home. Once I was done it took about 40 mins to pick me up.

Cali Van Medical Transportation was easy to book and very professional. I looked into three different companies and they were the most responsive with prices that are reasonable. I would book again with them!

I had a colonoscopy and could not find a driver. It turns out nonemergency medical transport is permitted for patients who can’t find a driver. Calivan returns sms messages promptly. I gave the phone number of Calivan To the nurse and Calivan Was there to pick up and verify. After the procedure, not only was my driver, prompt, and ready for pick up, he met me in the waiting room! I was just expecting a curbside pick up. Wow 5 star experience. I recommend everyone use this service if you’re in the same situation I was

I had a great experience with Cali Van Medical Transportation for my recent doctor’s visit. My driver Nick arrived on time and picked me up right after my visit was over. He was very professional and made my ride feel safe. Will call back for my next visit.

Made an appointment in advance with Nick to transport my 102 year old, wheelchair bound mom to and from a medical appointment. With kindness and courtesy, Nick efficiently got her aboard and secured, delivered us on time, and then waited to take us home. Great service, and affordably priced!

I called this company unsure if someone would answer. I had called 3 others, no answer. I needed to take a family member to the hospital, non emergency at the time. I called and the driver was busy, but promised to call back. He called back and helped us out. He was patient, kind, and understanding. When dealing with a family member in a wheelchair, you never know how the driver will be because some will not help, they will only drive. He helped us on and off. I was very thankful. I will use their service again!

Called at the last minute needing a non emergent transport. Nick was attentive accommodating. Arrived when promised, was “patient” with the patient getting ready and transported him to ER got him inside and checked in before I arrived. 5 star service!
